Chef Lena has been a chef since she was 16, running many successful restaurants in Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, and Atlanta, as well as her private chef business - Velvet Chef.
Lena purchased EATcetera after the original owner retired in 2017 and then opened in February 2018.
